How to get rid of dark elbows and knees


Take a lemon peel and rub its inner side on elbows and knees for 2 minutes daily.
After washing it make sure to apply some moisturizer and sunscreen on it.
**** If you wont apply sunscreen it wont improve, so please apply and if you wont apply moisturizer, it would go dry.
Here is a video tutorial, it have five steps.
Step 1: Exfoliate area with body scrub (in this video sugar and olive oil homemade scrub is used.)
Step 2 : Moisturize with heavy cream containing either cocoa butter or shea butter.
Step 3: RECIPES
Recipe -1 : Mustard oil ( can be found in grocery stores) Leave on for 5-10 minutes then wash off.
Recipe -2: Lemon juice
Recipe -3: A mixture of 1tsp coconut oil (found in grocery and health food stores) and 1/2 tsp of lime juice. Apply and leave on for 15-20 minutes then wash off with warm water.
Step 4: Re-apply thick moisturizer
Step 5: Apply sunscreen SPF 30 minimum for prevention from further damage.
